Jane Zhang

My name is Jane Zhang, an Enrolled Agent and Licensed Tax Preparer.  I have experience with tax and accounting and earned a Masters Degree in Accounting at San Francisco State University.
 
As an Enrolled Agent, Tax Preparer, and Bookkeeper, I love saving money for my customers and am very detailed in my work.  I have been told that I am the best at 'hunting money'.  Providing the best tax and accounting service for my clients is my goal.

Cherish Tax and Bookkeeping Service LLC has been serving our clients for over ten years. During that time, I have dealt with tax situations including foreign income, assets, and taxes; real-estate development entities; Subpart F income; and businesses of all varieties.

In all the years I have been doing taxes, I have never had one of my clients selected for an IRS audit. I pride myself in personally meeting and consulting with each client to discuss individual cases and how we will approach the tax situation. I also provide follow-up and secondary services for when the IRS has questions or other related financial issues arise.

As a bookkeeper, I use QuickBooks software to help clients to record accounting journal entries, create invoices and sales orders, make payments, and create and analyze financial statements.

Finally, I will guide financial information from the beginning of business accounting until the filing of the tax return as your financial professional.
